Nicole Milner, LMFT – Hub Team Clinician

Nicole Milner, LMFT is the Team Clinician for the ACCESS Mental Health for Moms program. She received her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Central Connecticut State University and has over 10 years of experience working with families and children with severe mental health and behavioral needs. Her work experiences include delivering group, individual and family therapy at Waterbury Youth Services, The Children’s Home of Cromwell residential center, and Wheeler Clinic’s Family Support Team (FST) in home program. She also supported children and families as an Intensive Care Manager (ICM) at Value Options, collaborating with families, providers, and the Department of Children and Families (DCF) to help children with severe mental health needs access the right services at the right time. She has also completed the Postpartum Support International (PSI) Perinatal Mental Health 2-day Certificate Course. Nicole brings her clinical and collaborative skills to the team and is eager to support perinatal moms, assisting them with living their best lives possible.

Anna Monroe – Hub Team Program Coordinator

Anna Monroe is the Team Coordinator for ACCESS Mental Health for Moms.  Anna has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and has held many positions here at Carelon Behavioral Health. Prior to Carelon Behavioral Health, she was a Director of Aquatics and Physical Education for the YMCA.  Anna has worked with children and families connecting them to a variety of services; including basic needs supports and therapeutic services. Anna comes with a wealth of knowledge in the behavioral health system.
